#20230405 - MSc Microbiology 1st year student from Kanyakumari district

The beneficiary is the only girl in the family, where her mother passed away when she was 1 year old and her father passed away when she is in her 10th Std.

With support from her grandmother & from a few other staff, she completed her UG in BSc Biotechnology. She has enrolled for MSc Biotechnology in the same college in Kanyakumari, expecting some support. Unfortunately, her grandmother couldn’t able to support her further, so she is looking for support from Aalayam.  

She is currently living in her mother's sister’s house, where they have 2 other daughters and the family income is very minimal.

She reached out to Aalayam through some references and requested our help. Our reviewers identified from her college that she is sincere in her studies.

We supported for her 1st semester and we approve the cause for Rs15000 as 2nd semester's fees.
